Jetour T2 Price in Namibia: Full Cost Breakdown and Import Guide
The sticker price is only one part of what a Jetour T2 costs in Namibia. Here is every cost component between a Chinese port and your driveway in Windhoek.

The price of a Jetour T2 in Namibia is the sum of six parts: the FOB vehicle price in China, ocean freight to Walvis Bay, marine insurance, import duties and taxes, port and clearing charges, and registration. Only the first three come from us; the rest are set in Namibia. This guide explains each part so you can compare offers properly.
Why the Jetour T2 suits Namibia
Namibia drives on the left, so you need a right-hand-drive vehicle. Long gravel roads and sand favor the T2 2.0TD with on-demand 4WD: 220 mm ground clearance, a rear differential lock, a 70-litre fuel tank and a 1,600 kg towing rating. The 1.5TD front-wheel-drive version is the lower-cost option for Windhoek and tarred routes.
What does the landed cost include?
| Cost component | Who sets it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| FOB vehicle price | EVtoU quotation | Depends on engine, trim, color and quantity |
| Ocean freight to Walvis Bay | Shipping line (included in CIF) | Ro-Ro or container; varies by schedule and volume |
| Marine insurance | Insurer (included in CIF) | Usually a small percentage of the cargo value |
| Import duty and VAT | Namibian authorities | Ask your clearing agent for the current calculation |
| Port, handling and clearing fees | Port and clearing agent | Agree in advance with your agent |
| Registration and roadworthy | Local authorities | Required before the vehicle is driven |
FOB or CIF Walvis Bay?
If you already work with a freight forwarder, ask us for FOB. If not, ask for CIF Walvis Bay — the quote then includes freight and insurance to the port, and you only handle costs in Namibia. Walvis Bay is also the gateway many Botswana and Zambia buyers use; see our Namibia market guide.
How are duties calculated?
Namibia is a member of the Southern African Customs Union. Duties and VAT on imported vehicles are administered by the Namibia Revenue Agency. Because rates and valuation rules can change, get the current calculation from your clearing agent using the CIF value on our quotation.
How can I lower the cost per vehicle?
- Order more than one unit — container and Ro-Ro freight per vehicle falls as quantity rises.
- Mix models in one shipment, for example a T2 with a Jetour Dashing.
- Choose in-stock colors and trims, which ship within 10 working days of payment.
