Which countries need right-hand-drive vehicles?
Countries that drive on the left use right-hand-drive (RHD) vehicles. Of our listed markets, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malaysia, India, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia and Seychelles drive on the left. Eritrea drives on the right, so we quote left-hand-drive versions there.
How do vehicles reach landlocked countries?
For Uganda, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho and Malawi, vehicles are shipped to a neighboring sea port — Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Walvis Bay, Durban, Beira or Nacala — and continue by road with your transit agent. We quote CIF to the port and prepare documents for the final destination.
